I requested it and waited only to receive the same copy of the **** they sent me with no relevavent info on it (billing codes). and they said they can't provide it to them at the time of call and will take **** days and has to be requested by me.everyone stated the same **** days for an answer. Today my insurance provider called them and asked for the complete statement including billing codes, NPI # etc. The **** was now forwarded to a debt collector so I left a message explaining the scenario and also wrote a letter and mailed it back with the **** collector statement. The billing company said it was outside of their 90 day window (yes its over 1 year later) and needed approval to resubmit in which my insurance provider stated its ok to resubmit. They have NEVER submitted the **** to the correct insurance company and was confirmed by my insurance company. Each time the rep said they will get the claim resubmitted to the proper insurance company. After the 5th phone call I received a call back from billing **** stating that they can reduce the amount if I wanted to pay it (Not happening) which by the way they always billed emergency visit when it wasn't. On two of those calls I had a representative from my insurance company on the phone with me and verified everything including that I was in fact insured at the time and confirmed member id # etc. After contacting their so called billing ***** on 11 different occasions, yes 11 and I spoke to all different people and have all of their names documented. Since being the policy holder I received the delinquent **** on 4/22/22.One year later stating that payment was due. We've been there before however this has now turned into a nightmare billing "scam" with their billing company (************** Urgent Care). My wife visited My Instadoc in Howell ** on 4/1/21 for a standard covid test.
